Summer learning journey Activity 1: Towering Timbers [4 points]

Our your blog tell us whether you think logging should be allowed in New Zealand. Be sure to provide at least two reasons to support your argument.

I think New Zealand should not allow loggers because when they cut down the trees they not only affect the precious animals but it affects the oxygen for humans.

Loggers should only cut a little number of trees so the animals still have a place to live, a home.

  1. Hello Fasi!

My name is Daniel and I am part of the Summer Learning Journey team. I also think that the loggers shouldn't cut down many trees. I know that they are trying to plan for New Zealand's growing population but (like you said), if we don't have enough trees, one day there might not be enough oxygen for us humans or for the animals. Maybe next time you should remember to use one colour for your text and another colour for the highlight/background as it makes it easier to read. Anyway, keep up the amazing work Fasi, hope to see more posts soon!

    Daniel
